BRAND & CREATIVE MANAGER
Job Summary
We are a high-end lighting design and manufacturing studio (www.lukelampco.com) looking for a Brand & Creative Manager to play a key role in building our brand awareness, client relationships, web & social media presence, and more. We take pride in being friendly, detail-oriented, and always going above and beyond for our clients, and we are looking for someone who is committed to carrying on these standards. This role will be a hybrid position - you must be able to be in our Mamaroneck, NY studio 2 days per week (or more as needed).
Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and execute the brand & marketing strategy for Luke Lamp Co.
Help shape and communicate our vision and mission.
Overall responsibility for maintaining and improving Luke Lamp Co. social media accounts (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) including:
Creating and posting content regularly (including reels, stories, posts, tiktoks, etc.)
Responding to messages and comments.
Ensuring frequent engagement across platforms.
Staying up to date on the platform changes to ensure we are following best practices.
Engaging consultants to assist with strategy, content, etc. as needed.
Responsible for all photo/video related content. This includes:
Capturing high quality photography and videography regularly in our Mamaroneck, NY studio for use on our website, social media, etc.
Acquiring props and creating styled scenes for photo/video content in the studio.
Locating and acquiring photo/video assets from completed projects for use on website and social media.
Keep our photo assets database organized and up to date and look for opportunities to improve functionality.
Maintain a database of publicly accessible locations and identify opportunities to put our fixtures in new public locations.
Regularly create and distribute email newsletters and physical mailers for new fixture launches, company announcements, etc.
Develop and implement strategies for performing proactive outreach to current and prospective clients.
Regularly update the website for new product launches as well as to improve the look/feel and usability of the website, including the layout, photo assets, copy, SEO, etc.
Create and manage graphics for various areas of the business including: packaging, sample kits, mailers/brochures, website, etc.
Assist with technical graphics and copywriting across various platforms with the goal of clearly conveying complex concepts.
Handle all press inquiries.
Assist in event planning as needed (trade shows, meetings, etc.)
Track analytics on social media platforms and website to identify areas of improvement and increase reach.
Required Skills/Qualifications

Experience working with interior design/architecture firms, lighting, high-end retail/showroom environment or a related industry is preferred.
Ability to be in-person 2+ days per week in our Mamaroneck, NY studio.
3+ years of experience in a marketing/creative role and/or hands on experience in content management.
Knowledge and interest in social media marketing.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting ability.
Experience with photography and videography, including creating content for social media.
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other photo/video editing and graphic design softwares.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in finding creative ways to communicate and engage with our customer base.
Willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities and learn new systems/processes quickly.
