Here are the next steps in our Custom Layout process:
3D Model Creation (1-2 week turnaround): Luke Lamp Co. will create an initial 3D layout for review and approval. Please refer to page 2 of the tearsheet for the list of required information to create a layout. At this phase, we are happy to make design revisions as needed.
Deposit Payment: Once the 3D layout is approved, we will send an invoice for the payment needed to move forward with the shop drawings.
Shop Drawings (1-2 week turnaround): After payment has been received, Luke Lamp Co. will create detailed shop drawings with all dimensions and specifications for review and approval. If there are any changes to the design/cost, this will be reflected on the balance invoice.
Production (8-10 week leadtime): Upon approval of the shop drawings, production of the order will commence.
Balance Payment (applies to orders over $7500): Luke Lamp Co. requests the balance payment at least 2 weeks prior to the estimated ship date to avoid any delays.
Shipment: Upon completion of production and receipt of complete payment, the order will be shipped. There will be a hard copy of the approved shop drawings included in the box.
