If one of our Curated Tracer Loop Layouts doesn’t fit within your design parameters, we’re happy to help you make something custom. Here’s how it works:
Submit a Custom Layout Inquiry Form.
We will get back to you within two business days to begin the design process and help you select the best mounting option (Flush Mount, Pendant-To-Canopy, or Direct-To-Canopy) for your installation.
3D Model Creation (1-2 week turnaround)
Luke Lamp Co. will create an initial 3D layout for review and approval. Please refer to page 2 of the tearsheet for the list of required information to create a layout. At this phase, we are happy to make design revisions as needed.
Deposit Payment
Once the 3D layout is approved, we will send an invoice for the payment needed to move forward with your shop drawings.
Shop Drawings (1-2 week turnaround)
After payment has been received, Luke Lamp Co. will create detailed shop drawings with all dimensions and specifications for review and approval. If there are any changes to the design or cost, this will be reflected on the balance invoice.
Production (8-10 week leadtime)
Upon approval of the shop drawings, production of the order will commence.
Balance Payment
If applicable, Luke Lamp Co. will request the balance payment at least 2 weeks prior to the estimated ship date to avoid any delays.
Shipment
Upon completion of production and receipt of complete payment, your order will be shipped along with a hard copy of your approved shop drawings.
