MEET THE TEAM
I'll admit, I was a criminal.
In 2011, after a bit of well-intentioned trespassing at an abandoned railcar facility in New Hampshire, I stumbled on some old industrial light fixtures. I took them home, rewired them, spent a few weeks taking photos and building a website, and let them loose on the internet.
Next thing I know, one of the biggest interior design blogs featured my work and I promptly sold out of everything. With a sudden influx of real-life human customers from all over the globe, a journey began – I dove headfirst into the amazing world of lighting design and never looked back.
As our brand evolved, so did our team. Our philosophy is built around simplicity, beauty, and uncompromising quality of every material used in building our lights. Whether illuminating commercial or residential spaces, our design values remain steadfast.
Central to our success is the unwavering support from our team and the community. We wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for you – the loyal customers, designers, architects, businesses, suppliers, and fabricators who have supported us every step of the way. I have a complicated relationship with sweet, mainly because I had a period in my early adult life where I had 17 cavities drilled and filled over a period of one year. So now I am focusing on savory more.

Board games. Fun fact when I was a kid I was barred from playing Monopoly with my friends because I was so intense at it I literally would make them cry. Wait a minute you mean normal kids don't add enforceable written contracts to their monopoly games?
summer / winter
Summer, absolutely hands down no doubt in my mind. Although I understand the whole "duality of life is what gives life purpose" thing. I am mainly upset with winter because of how dark it is. It's just so dark and cold all the time.
cats / dogs
Cats. So obviously the right choice. They are self-cleaning, you don't have to walk them at 7AM in the rain, they don't slobber, they purr, need I continue?
cook / wash dishes
Washing dishes hands down. My exchange rate is approximately 10:1, meaning I'd rather wash dishes for 10 hours than cook for 1 hour. This is not an exaggeration.
